As we near the end of our celebration series thanking our 2024-2025 board members, we are thrilled to recognize Maribeth Elias Christensen, CPA for her enthusiastic and impactful contributions over several years of service. As the owner of Oak City Accounting, Maribeth brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our chapter, especially when it comes to supporting small businesses. Her experience, from earning her CPA at Deloitte to becoming an entrepreneur in 2013, has shaped her approach to helping family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs thrive through tailored financial strategies.

Maribeth’s journey on the EO Board has been one of growth, learning, and inspiration. She describes her time with EO as incredibly rewarding, sharing that the opportunity to collaborate with fellow entrepreneurs and shape initiatives has enriched her own entrepreneurial path. The relationships she has built and the challenges she has helped tackle have strengthened her commitment to driving growth and innovation in the community. Her enthusiasm and commitment are felt by all who work alongside her, and she is a valued asset to our EO family.
