As a CPA who has built two successful women-owned companies, she enjoys helping individuals and small business owners navigate the many areas of accounting and finance. Accurate and sound financials are important for many purposes. We give our clients the confidence to know their numbers are accurate when doing their taxes, applying for a loan or attracting investors.
Tiffany Barry
Tiffany is responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives for Oak City Accounting’s range of services. She has an extensive background in marketing and advertising working in Chicago and NYC for various hospitality and advertising agencies including McCann, DDB Worldwide and Marriott International.
Alexis Decker
A native of Texas, Alexis has over two decades of accounting experience across industries — from construction and professional services to nonprofits.
Susan Duggan
Susan has 35 years of experience. As the co-owner of a ceramics shop with her mother, Susan honed her QuickBooks skills and understands the complexities of running a small business.
Nollie McDonald, CPA
Originally from Charlotte, NC, Nollie graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and received a Master’s in Accounting from UNC-Chapel Hill.
Shelly Strawn, CPA
With over 30 years accounting and management experience, Shelly is a welcome addition to the Oak City Accounting team. She has served as a CPA for a large Accounting firm, Director of Finance, Director of Advisory Service and serves our team as Senior Accountant.
